Shipping:
We charge actual shipping for the order – never any hidden
handling or packaging fees. Payment for shipment is expected
promptly once it is requested so that we may send your order to
you as quickly as possible.
Each candle is made especially for you upon placing the order;
we work very hard to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Orders may take up to 2-3 business days to complete depending on
the size of the order.
(Please note during our busy season the order may take longer to
fill.)
Once your order is complete we ship packages USPS 2-3 day
Priority mail (for most packages), UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or
USPS Parcel post (our option) with an average delivery time of
3-5 business days.
(* Excluding weekends, holidays and the time it takes to fill
your order.)
Delivery time may vary depending on your location. Once your
package has shipped you will get a tracking number emailed to
you. If for some reason or another you do not receive the
tracking number, please contact us.
Please note that tracking numbers from the USPS web site will
not give you the location of your package step by step. It will
only show that the package has shipped and when it arrives to
your door. The postal service does not guarantee transit times
for Priority mail. As always you are welcome to pick up your
order if you are in the area.
Order and Payment:
If you prefer to pay by check or money order, simply email your
order to us at
stacy@texascharmbathandcandleco.com so we can give you the
shipping cost. (Orders will be shipped once checks have cleared.
There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks).
Samples:
Due to the overwhelming requests for samples of our products we
can no longer provide free samples. If you would like to try our
products before ordering, we recommend ordering smaller sized
candles through our secure shopping cart.
Privacy Statement:
Texas Charm Bath & Candle Co. will not sell, rent or trade
e-mail addresses or disclose any personal information belonging
to our valued customers. We respect your privacy and appreciate
your business.
Insurance:
Insurance is the responsibility of the customer. We are not
responsible for damaged, lost or uninsured packages. Large
orders are usually shipped via UPS or Fed Ex Ground and are
automatically insured up to $100.00.
Damaged packages:
Please inspect your shipment once you receive it. We make every
effort to ensure that your order arrives safely; we pack every
shipment in accordance with the shipping carriers’ packing
guidelines. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged
shipment: please report it immediately. Please save the original
box and packing materials to show the USPS, UPS, or FedEx
inspector. Shipping carriers require that any damaged
merchandise be reported with in 3 days of shipment arrival. If
you do not report damage within this time frame, the carrier
will not honor your insurance claim for the package.
Returns and exchanges:
We do not accept returns or make exchanges under any
circumstances. No exceptions.
All candles are custom made therefore we do not accept returns.
Payments for all purchases including - Postage, Retail
purchases, Case, Bulk purchases, label set up fees and/or
Wholesale orders and cancellation fees are non refundable. All
sales are final. We do not exchange our products or give refunds
if a candle scent is not to your liking. If you are unsure of a
particular scent, please order a smaller size candle first
before purchasing a large quantity of a certain scent.
Your purchase from Texas Charm Bath & Candle Co. signifies your
acceptance of the aforementioned information and policies.
Cancellation Policy:
Once you place an order with us, we will process your order
within 24 - 48 hours of receiving it. Meaning, we make your
candles with in 24-48 hours and ship them out as quickly as
possible. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, a 20
% cancellation and restocking fee will be deducted from your
total. You may only cancel your order within 24 hours of the
order being placed. After the 24-hour period, your order will be
sent out as originally requested by you, the customer, and no
refund will be issued. There are no exceptions.
Wholesale:
Texas Charm Bath & Candle Co. requires a valid sales tax ID
showing purchaser’s name and address. The sales tax ID must
belong to the person/company named in contract.
The Texas Charm Bath & Candle Co. Guarantee:
At Texas Charm Bath & Candle Co.: we stand behind the quality
workmanship of our candles. Providing you follow our proper
burning instructions; we guarantee our candles will be strongly
scented, clean and even burning with no wasted wax. In the
unlikely event you receive a defective candle due to
manufacturing, please contact us immediately. We will then send
you a Return Authorization Number. Once you receive the
authorization number promptly repackage your items taking care
to package them securely and send them back to us Priority Mail
within 10 (ten) days of receipt. When we receive your returned
items we will inspect them and then reimburse payment for the
item with in 30 (thirty days).
Terms and Conditions of Guarantee:
Texas Charm Bath & Candle Co. does not pay or reimburse ANY
shipping and handling on returned items.
Insurance is recommended on the package, as we cannot be held
responsible for loss or damage. Returns will not be accepted
without a return authorization number.
Candles that are burned are not returnable.
Candles may not be returned if the fragrance is not to your
liking. We do not make exchanges, substitutions of a scent, or
send out a replacement without first receiving and examining the
defective candle in question. In an event we agree to replace
merchandise, we will send out exactly what you purchased
initially, no substitutions of size or scent.
Candles may not be returned if the candle color is not to your
liking as color batches will vary and is not considered
defective.
Upon inspection if we find the candle is not defective and
problem was due to customer misuse and/or not following proper
burning instruction, no refund will be issued; you will be
responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.
Typographical errors:
In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price due to
typographical error we shall have the right to refuse or cancel
any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card
charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the
purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue
a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the
incorrect price.

incorrect e-mail or postal address.
2. Texas Charm Bath & Candle Co. will not be responsible for:
damaged candles due to delivery mishandling or lost packages
unless you, the customer, purchased insurance.
3. Texas Charm Bath & Candle Co. shall not be responsible for
any injuries, damages or losses of any kind due to your use of
any product purchased from Texas Charm Bath & Candle Co. In any
case, our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for
the product.
4. We reserve the right to modify, alter or discontinue any
policies and terms included herein at any time without notice.
5. Texas Charm Bath & Candle Co. reserves the right to refuse
service to any party at any time.
